We use this inquiry to learn a bit about you, who you’re traveling with, where you’re headed, and the kind of support you’re looking for.
From there, we’ll follow up to schedule a conversation and talk through how we might work together. During this initial 30-minute travel consultation, you’ll speak directly with our founder and lead advisor, Katy. We want this call to be valuable for you, so the more context you share below, the better prepared we’ll be to guide the conversation. To make the most of both our time, here are a few things to keep in mind before we connect:
Destinations
We can plan your travels anywhere in the world. While we have extensive expertise in many areas, we also collaborate with trusted partners, ensuring you receive the best guidance, service, and during-travel support..
communication
Our goal is to understand you and your travel preferences inside out. During the early stages of our relationship (particularly for your first few trips), there will be more back and forth to ensure we’re getting it right. We're here to simplify the process and save you time, so we streamline our communication as much as possible.
INVESTMENT
For fully custom itineraries (Curated Trips), we require a minimum working budget of €15,000. For simpler getaways (such as accommodation selections only), we require a minimum budget of €5000. All fees are based on two people traveling and do not include airfare. Travelers not meeting the minimum budget will be considered case-by-case. These minimums are in place to maintain the high quality our clients expect and fall in line with current average trip costs.

Our Fees
Our services are rooted in a commitment to understanding our clients well and crafting personalized travel experiences tailored to them. Every itinerary we create is unique and always will be. Our fees reflect this, along with our industry expertise, the extensive network of partners and peers we’ve built and nurtured, and the on-the-ground insights we gain through regular scouting trips. It’s knowing the right people that allows us to make you feel connected wherever you go. And by working with a select number of travelers, we ensure each trip receives the focused attention it deserves. Our planning fees make this level of service possible.

Curated Stays – Accommodations only starting at €550
Curated Trips – Door-to-door planning services including flights, accommodations, experiences, reservations, and ground transport €1225/week of travel
